Please read this license agreement carefully before using the AGAVE HRM Portal. By accessing or using this software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

InnoVision Technologies grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the AGAVE HRM Portal software subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the software for any purpose
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the software
• Transfer the software to any third party without authorization

3. Intellectual Property

The software is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. InnoVision Technologies retains all rights not expressly granted.

4. Limited Warranty

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. InnoVision Technologies does not warrant that the software will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

5. Limitation of Liability

InnoVision Technologies shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any terms of this license.
